Elounda - Villa Sieni

Villa Sieni is a 150 square meter residential property situated amid the world-renowned gulf of Elounda. It was constructed back in 2000 and it is one of the very first projects to be completed among Gounalakis Giorgos’ Construction Portfolio, as a shareholder in his previous company.

The building was thoroughly designed to incorporate and pay homage to rich Cretan tradition and neoclassical Italian architecture. Therefor a composition of Vibrant Italian- inspired colors, natural stone and wood was chosen, both indoors and outdoors, creating a sense of cohesion and harmony.

The surrounding area of the property boasts an authentic Mediterranean scene including terracotta tiled pergolas, stone details, gardens landscaped with native Cretan plants and a private Cycladic- styled chapel. The interior of the residence comes up with Cretan – chic elegance and Italian finesse, designed with classic and detailed furnishing, statement lighting and colorful patterns.
