Elounda - Two Level Town House

Located in the heart of the Elounda village, this two-storey house stands for its minimalistic design. The reconstruction of the building in 2016 highlighted the simple elegance of traditional architecture.

Our mission was to preserve the identity of the building while choosing the finest materials to enhance the construction. The whole design blended perfectly into the picturesque narrow alleys of Elounda. The mosaic tiles and the metallic patterns on the main door of the property were maintained in the design as to highlight the residence’s tradition in a modern way.

The residence unfolds in two levels, both with living room and kitchen, providing autonomy to the occupants. White and light grey color palette was chosen giving a sense of serenity and relaxation. On the roof, the wooden pergola covered living area can host gatherings with an endless view of the Elounda Gulf.
